With the warm spring sun and the revival of all things, all employees of QDITC Intelligent welcomed the long-awaited spring outing activity.

In addition to busy work, the company organized this spring outing to relax employees’ physical and mental health, enhance team cohesion, and provide a rare opportunity for communication.

In the morning, sunlight shines through the thin mist and falls on the office building of QDITC Intelligent. The employees gathered early in the company hall, with excited smiles on their faces. The company has prepared a bus in advance to ensure that every employee can comfortably travel to their destination. Before departure, the company leaders gave a brief speech emphasizing the importance of safety and unity, and wished everyone a pleasant spring outing.

As the bus slowly started, the employees began a pleasant journey. Along the way, there was constant laughter and joy, and everyone shared interesting stories from their lives and discussed the bits and pieces of work. The scenery outside the window is picturesque, with fields, hills, and rivers. Beautiful spring paintings unfold before my eyes, making me feel relaxed and happy.

After a period of driving, the bus arrived at its destination – a beautiful suburban park. The park is shaded by green trees, filled with fragrant flowers, and the lake water is clear to the bottom, as if it were a paradise on earth. The employees couldn’t wait to get off the bus and started a colorful activity.
Firstly, the company organized a unique outdoor expansion training. Through team collaboration games, employees not only exercised their bodies, but also enhanced mutual understanding and trust during the activities. Subsequently, everyone was free to move around, and some employees chose to fish by the lake to enjoy a peaceful time; Some employees are playing football on the grass, unleashing their energy to the fullest; Some employees gather in groups of three or five, strolling along the forest paths and enjoying the gifts of nature.

During lunchtime, the company prepared a sumptuous picnic for everyone. Everyone sat together, savoring delicious food and sharing happiness, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere. After dinner, some employees spontaneously organized small cultural performances, singing, dancing, and skits, and the wonderful performances won rounds of applause.
As the sun sets, the spring outing is coming to an end. On the return bus, the employees reluctantly talked about what they had seen and heard today, sharing happy memories. This spring outing not only helped everyone relax both physically and mentally, but also strengthened the cohesion of the team, injecting new vitality into the upcoming work.
