Vertical Sort Module Storage System is a storage system that can accurately read material box signals/material information, and achieve horizontal movement by lifting the synchronous belt on the platform to pull the telescopic fork. The telescopic movement of the fork enables the handling and storage of materials.

Including: main frame, prefabricated panel, lifting power mechanism, horizontal movement fork, integrated entrance and exit, touch screen and material signal reading device, etc., the container can move quickly in the vertical direction through mechanisms such as motor-driven synchronous belt transmission.

Fully Modular Design

The Vertical Sort Module Storage System adopts a modular design, with a self-supporting structure inside that does not rely on external skin to increase the strength of the equipment. The main frame of the equipment consists of columns and shelves, as well as horizontal and diagonal supports connecting the columns. These frames can keep the equipment running even without skin, which only serves the purpose of aesthetics and protection. Fully maintain its strength. The height generally does not exceed 9M, and the width does not exceed 6.5M.

Stability Design

The Vertical Sort Module Storage System lifting trolley has 8 positioning wheels on each side (2 on each corner, totaling 4 corners, and 8 on one side), with a total of 16 positioning wheels on both sides, each corresponding to an eccentric axle, achieving adjustment within a certain range. The anti offset load positioning design effectively ensures the stability and positioning accuracy of the lifting trolley operation.

The Vertical Sort Module Storage System is designed with two sets (four) of synchronous belts to lift and balance the lifting trolley, ensuring that the lifting trolley can move up and down along the track. Even if any synchronous belt on one side accidentally breaks, relying on the other three synchronous belts and guide wheels can ensure that the level of the lifting trolley is not affected, preventing the lifting trolley and the load from falling from a high altitude.

Prefabricated Panels

Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (≥ 1.0mm, Q235-B), with a beautiful appearance, surface spray coating, sand grain surface, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The warehouse body is enclosed by skin and adopts a splicing structure, with dust-proof and anti-theft functions. Transparent panels are used on both sides for distances of 1.5 meters or more, allowing operators and maintenance personnel to directly observe the position and status of the lifting trolley.

Storage Bracket

The QDITC intelligent sorting warehouse adopts a material box type vertical warehouse bracket: the shelves are mainly formed by bending cold-rolled sheets. The columns inside the equipment are spliced for easy disassembly and replacement.

Layout Fork

The QDITC Intelligent Sorting Warehouse uses a mature fork form to pick up goods (weekly boxes, cardboard boxes, etc.). Can pick up goods left and right, with the ability to fork and pick up single depth and double depth goods; We also customize forks based on the size of the goods (for goods that mature forks cannot handle, such as products that are too small in size or have special requirements).

Safety Protection

There are four aspects of fall protection for the lifting trolley of QDITC Intelligent Stacking Warehouse. Protection method one: Lift motor braking; Protection method 2: Structure designed for stable lifting of the trolley; Protection method three: Ensure that the lifting trolley can move up and down along the track. Protection method four (optional): The top crossbeam of QDITC Intelligent Stacking Warehouse is designed with hooks. When maintenance personnel need to enter the equipment, they can use lifting straps to fix the lifting trolley. The four corners of the lifting trolley and the maintenance ladder are fixed by four lifting straps to ensure that the lifting trolley will never fall.

Protection method five: When the goods touch the highest and lowest warning positions, they will automatically stop running to avoid damage to the goods or operating mechanism. Buffer blocks are designed at the highest and lowest points.

Standard Entrance and Exit

The standard configuration of the Vertical Sort Module Storage System at the access port is a non powered fluent strip, making it convenient for employees to retrieve turnover boxes.

Security Grating

The QDITC Intelligent Stacking Warehouse is equipped with a set of safety barriers on the outside of the access port, with 48 pairs of light (subject to actual conditions). The safety barriers will only activate when the tray enters or exits the access port area. Any interruption of the safety barriers will cause the equipment to brake, providing maximum protection for the safety of operators; Each pair of safety gratings consists of a transmitting end and a receiving end, and the center distance between each pair of light rays and their adjacent light rays is 25mm (subject to actual conditions).

Integrated Software System

The QDITC integrated software system consists of QD-WMS and QD-WCS systems, where the WMS system can be used for material control of multiple devices online and interfaces with other peripheral software systems. QD-WCS can also be used independently for the use of standalone devices, meeting the management of equipment and materials.

Each time materials are stored, the height grating can automatically measure the maximum height of the materials inside the pallet, and determine the placement position of the pallet based on the actual height and the available space in the container, effectively utilizing the space.Alt
