Fully Modular Design
Adopting a modular structure, the hopper bracket and column are suspended at three points and bolted together to achieve self-supporting, without relying on external skin. It also supports flexible adjustment of standard product height and customization as needed. The skin only has an aesthetic protective effect and does not affect equipment operation.
Stability Design of Four Point Suspension System
The QDITC Rotary Warehouse adopts a four point suspension system, which is stably suspended by four roller rods to ensure quiet operation and minimal wear. It allows the hopper to place items freely without tilting, and is equipped with an imbalance controller to display the load status in real-time with green, yellow, and red lights, ensuring system safety and stability.
Bilateral Symmetrical Chain Drive
Double sided symmetrical chain drive, optimized for withstanding large loads to ensure equipment safety and accuracy. Heavy duty and ultra-high models are equipped with reinforced tension and wide drive chains to reduce replacement costs with high strength and long lifespan. Driven by three-phase servo motors and combined with electrical positioning sensors, the hopper operates in an orderly and precise manner.
Customized Hopper
The material for the hopper bucket is high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 2mm, and the surface is treated with rust and corrosion prevention. Three sides are equipped with barriers to prevent the material from sliding out. The design structure of the hopper bucket should have strong resistance to torsion and torsion. The segmented and multi-layer shared hopper design is compatible with the storage of materials of different sizes, achieving a transformation in material storage.
Prefabricated Panels
Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (≥ 1.0mm, Q235-A), with a beautiful appearance, surface spray coating, sand grain surface, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The warehouse body is enclosed by skin and adopts a splicing structure, with dust-proof and anti-theft functions. Maintain its aesthetic effect by adopting a non planar three-dimensional design, making the entire device more three-dimensional.
Security Grating
The QDITC Vertical Rotary Warehouse is equipped with 48 pairs of (depending on the actual situation) safety gratings on the outside of the access port. The gratings are composed of paired transmitting and receiving ends, with a distance of 25mm between each pair of light (depending on the actual situation). They are only activated when the tray is in and out, and once the light is interrupted, the equipment brake is triggered to ensure the safety of the operator. At the same time, the equipment adopts a triangular support and positioning wheel mechanical locking structure, as well as a double-sided chain design, to ensure the stability and rotation of the hopper along the track.
Safety Maintenance Door
Maintenance doors are installed on both sides of the QDITC vertical rotary warehouse for easy maintenance of chains and power mechanisms. The doors automatically shut down to protect personnel. As a compact storage device, the external workbench needs to be moved away when repairing the hopper.
Built in Automatic Door
The QDITC vertical rotary warehouse is equipped with built-in automatic doors, which can only be opened when manually picking up boxes to protect the internal environment. After the door is closed, the safety grating stops working to prevent accidental emergency stop and protect equipment and materials.
Embedded Touch Integrated Screen
The QDITC vertical rotary warehouse is equipped with an embedded industrial control integrated computer, a 13.3-inch touch screen, easy to operate, and surrounded by electronic control components such as status lights and emergency stop buttons to improve picking efficiency. The access port is equipped with a lighting system to ensure sufficient light. The LED lights only light up when the tray is in place to indicate the operation and reduce accidental triggering faults.

Emergency Hand Crank Handle
Once the power is cut off, the emergency hand crank can be used to retrieve stored products at any time.

The new chain tensioner greatly reduces the vulnerability of the load chain. Therefore, this storage system is reliable and durable.
Folding Workbench
By optimizing the design, the electronic control components are integrated into the upper side of the door system to achieve the foldable workbench.
Manual Operation Door
The lockable sliding door can move smoothly automatically or manually. This ensures its usability and ensures that employees can continue working without interruption.
