WCS’s three major functions
Implement monitoring function
WCS system monitors the real-time operation status of equipment; The system updates inventory data in real-time to help management personnel replenish materials in a timely manner and avoid production interruptions; When an abnormal situation is detected, the WCS system will immediately issue an alarm to notify relevant personnel to handle it and reduce downtime.
Data acquisition and processing
The WCS system is responsible for collecting and processing device operation data, interacting with the WMS system upwards and hardware devices downwards. Provide SCADA interface, which can directly interface with other hardware devices.
Task scheduling and optimization
Retrieve instructions from WMS and dynamically allocate paths; Timely optimize the path and select the most efficient path to complete the device operation.

System Menu
After loading the basic data, the main function menu is displayed, including entry points such as inbound, outbound, and inventory.
Warehousing Operation
Support product or pallet methods, click on [Storage] to select the storage type, enter product information and confirm, and start task execution.
Outbound Operation
Also supports product or pallet methods. Click on ‘Outbound’ to select the type, search for the product, enter the quantity, and start task execution.
Inventory Process
Click on ‘Inventory’ to take inventory by product or pallet, select inventory products, adjust actual inventory, and complete inventory tasks.

Inventory Visualization
Graphically display the occupancy status of product storage locations and provide intuitive inventory queries.
Manual operation and setting
Specially designed for maintenance personnel, it can directly control equipment, set status, reset tray occupancy, etc.
Log Query
Contains multiple log modules for viewing inbound, outbound, inventory, and system logs, facilitating traceability and analysis.
