Automated Storage and Retrieval System

Automated three-dimensional warehouse is a new concept that has emerged in logistics and warehousing. The use of three-dimensional warehouse equipment can achieve high-level rationalization, automated storage and retrieval, and simplified operation of the warehouse; Automated three-dimensional warehouse is currently a form of high-level technology. The main body of an automated three-dimensional warehouse consists of shelves, aisle stacking cranes, in/out workbenches, and an automatic transport in/out and operation control system (WCS+WMS). A shelf is a building or structure made of steel or reinforced concrete. Inside the shelf is a standard sized storage space, and the aisle stacker crane passes through the aisle between the shelves to complete the storage and retrieval work.

Under the management of an integrated software system, peripheral equipment such as tunnel stackers, track shuttles (RGVs), conveyors, hoists, AGVs, etc. are used to automate the storage and management of materials.

Tunnel Stacker Crane (Core Equipment)

The full name of stacker crane is aisle stacker crane, which is the main access equipment in automated warehousing systems. It can walk horizontally and vertically in the aisle between the three-dimensional shelves according to computer instructions, and use forks to take out or store goods on the shelves. The operation requirements are completed by three driving mechanisms: walking, lifting, and fork. The internationally advanced servo control system and absolute addressing system are used for full closed-loop control, combined with high-precision addressing methods such as barcode or laser ranging, to achieve high-precision operation of the stacker crane.

Rail Shuttle Vehicle (RGV)

RGV, It is the abbreviation for Rail Guided Vehicle, also known as Rail Shuttle Car, RGV trolleys can be used in warehouses with various high-density storage methods. The trolley passage can be designed of any length to increase the storage capacity of the entire warehouse, and there is no need for forklifts to enter the aisle during operation, making it safer.

Basic functions: single storage location, continuous storage of multiple storage locations, single storage location picking, continuous picking of multiple storage locations, specified quantity picking, AB side conversion, cargo dumping, battery alarm.
