Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of units and excellent scenes for the 2022 National Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory, and Shandong Huali Electric Motor Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of Excellent Scene Unit for Intelligent Manufacturing.
The national level intelligent manufacturing factory and excellent scenario pilot demonstration project is a major national project jointly carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration for Market Regulation. It is also an important component of the 2022 national intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration action, with high levels of intelligence and digitization, leading technological level, and strong leading and driving role in industry development. This award not only fully recognizes the practical achievements of Huali Electric Motor Group in the field of “intelligent speed improvement”, but also further demonstrates the strong strength and huge potential of QDITC Intelligence to work together with Huali Electric to create intelligent manufacturing solutions for the nuclear industry.

Huali Electric Group’s intelligent warehousing is a pivotal project for Huali Electric in promoting the upgrading and transformation of smart factories, playing a role of “connecting the past and the future”. Firstly, the intelligent raw material upgrade library is used for centralized storage of bulk raw materials and line side storage of small batches, multiple varieties, and multiple frequencies, while meeting the needs of intelligent supply production lines. Secondly, the large-scale storage of finished products saves land, reduces manual labor, improves storage efficiency, and provides data support and intelligent decision-making basis for the overall digitalization of the production line.

Based on the deep integration of new generation physics technology, sensing technology, communication technology, and advanced manufacturing technology, QDITC Intelligent has created an intelligent production, transportation, and storage system for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, combined with the characteristics of Huali Motor products. Realize intelligent homework execution, automated material distribution, online quality control, transparent production process, and enhance the production control capability and product quality of enterprises.

After the production line was put into operation, it changed various traditional operation methods such as manual cutting, manual handling, manual statistics, and manual inventory, and achieved full automation of motor production, storage, and transportation. The intelligent transfer rate of internal materials exceeded 90%. Assist Huali Electric in creating a benchmark intelligent manufacturing application scenario that comprehensively perceives, flexibly produces, intelligently logistics, provides agile services, makes scientific decisions, and is green and safe.

In the future, QDITC Intelligence will continue to deepen its cultivation of intelligent line edge libraries and intelligent conveyor systems in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Led by national, provincial, and municipal intelligent manufacturing demonstration projects, it will promote the optimization and upgrading of intelligent logistics equipment, intelligent line edge storage, and intelligent production supply.
